| Reading the manual for the next project, all I try and remember anymore is where it is written down, and it just hit me.
Listening to a CD the kids got me and I caught myself waiting for the 8 Track shift in the middle of a song.
How time flys when they keep me medicated. later |

| That was a tad before my time. I had an 8 track in a '62 Olds in '69. I had it mounted with self tapping scews and I warned the Trooper when he found the Zig Zag's but he ran his fingers over the top of the player and ripped the Hell out of his leather gloves and his hand. |

| the thing about the early amps, when ya hit a bump it would sound like thunder all inside the car.......the early ones would run one speaker lead through a spring.....slowing down the signal......= echo.....but hit a bump and that spring would bounce and hit and rumble!!!! the things we would do to impress the ladies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol |

My brother had a '65 Dodge Coronet 500 with a factory reverb. You just pulled the rear speaker adjust knob out, and you could put the music "in the well". I bet there's still one layin around at my mom's house from the old days. |

| 65 'Stang, Muntz 4 track right in front of the Hurst shifter... connected to a stock reverb unit until I could afford speakers. Then I could hear it until I uncorked the headers.
Had a little shop on Central that would custom burn a tape with your choice of tunes... That is until he got busted for piracy.. |
