Recently there have been a large number of forum members attempting to reset their logins or passwords, but have been unsuccessful due to email blocking by Earthlink and Mindspring internet services. Note that these problems are specific to these internet providers and not the fault of this forum.
If you have Earthlink please take the following steps to ensure access to Bike Talk:
- Add ken @ bike-talk.com to your address book (remove spaces)
- If you have an email whitelist, add the above address
- Subscribe or unsubscribe to our monthly newsletter in your Control Panel
- Otherwise, use a free email service (yahoo, hotmail, etc) for use with your login.
It is very time consuming to manually confirm our address through Earthlink everytime they block a password request, and often Earthlink ignores requests. Please know that this is EARTHLINK and not Bike Talk causing these problems.
