When I was growing up my I worked for my Uncle. he owned several bars and liquor stores, a barbershop and part interest in a boxing gym. He used to say that if you can't be polite and do the right thing because it's the right thing to do....do it because it's smart business. It still makes sense to me.
When I have done business with DP they have been super helpful and courteous. So I wonder what gives with some places. I sent an email to the tech dept at a well known exhaust manufacturer. I rec'd a computer generated response telling me they appreciated my questions and please allow a few couple of days for a tech to reply. Coolness. Then I waited, and waited and waited some more. I resent the question and rec'd another such "we'll get back to ya" response. The first time I emailed them was the last of Feb. The second time was 2 weeks ago. Now I understand people being busy and having to take things as they come. If you tell me "Hey, that's gonna take us a couple of months...." I may not be overjoyed but I can live with it. But don't blow smoke up my exhaust pipe, just be straight up with me.
So now, I really don't care if they answer or not. I don't care if they develop new products or not to fit my bike. There are other manufacturers that DID answer, and in a timely fashion. So I shall use thier products.....

i agree 100%!!!!!!!! i also do busisness with sellers the same way.....ya blow smoke, im shopping elsewhere.........
