Ok I looked up the V&H true duels header set on the DP part list , & yes they have a good price ,BUT THEY DON'T MENTION ANY THING ABOUT THE HEAT SHIELDS , So I sent them a email & no responce , so today I call the ph # listed & it just tells me to look it up on the web page , I have looked them up at JPC & they list the heat shields as part of the kit , I also know that if you buy heat shields by them selfs you pay more (had to replace one on my 03EG) CD help me out here thanks

Hmm, PM me with the e-mail address you used to send from. We usually reply in one to two days but it can get backed up due to demand.

All V&H systems come with all hardware and brackets needed to mount and all include full length 220º heat shields.

Sorry if we missed it.

No, not all. You posted a concern, you were polite and I appreciate the feedback. We just get buried and sometimes things are missed. Although I try and stay focused on managing the business, things like this can point out where we need to improve.

BTW, I edited the text to include the heat shields.
