Jane who??? Let's see...Can't act, can't hold onto a man, and shunned by the family. WOW...what a good example of how America should be. Does anybody really give two sh*ts about Jane? What they should have done when she painted the memorial was arrest her a** for defacing a federal monument.

If she shows up with her paint bucket this time, I think a few of the vet's should jam the brush in her mouth to shut her up and then flip her over, stick a funnel in her a** and dumped the rest of the bucket in.

The bank is only requiring a TIN's number issued by the IRS. The main problem with that is the IRS has stated that a TIN's is NOT valid as identification and ANYONE can get one. It's just the IRS's way of collecting taxes, period. This means any terrorist or illegal immigrant can come in, get a TIN's without any legal ID, then apply for credit cards. Granted the credit card offered only starts at $500 and has an interest rate that would choke a horse, but it opens the door to get rooted.

I don't recall exactly when or the details, but last year a bill was passed that had a piece inserted which allows banks to conduct this activity while sliding under the radar. The lobbyists for the banks got this through so they could start making more money off deals exactly like this one. The banks are protected under such legislation from scrutiny by homeland security. Homeland security on the other hand has the right to inspect tax filings, but if the information is bogus to start with, the trail leads nowhere. This whole thing is in direct contrast of what the 9/11 commision found yet nobody seems to care. You almost can't blame the bank because they are excercising capitalism at its finest

Money talks, which is why I've sent my Bank of America credit card back to them cut in pieces. I included a note that says, "please pass this card along to the next terrorist or illegal immigrant who applies for a credit card".

I'm officially boycotting Bank of America. They don't deserve my money or patronage.

Update on Bank of America. It appears there is a loop hole in our laws that allows BOA to get away with this. Their President and CEO calims they are not doing anything illegal and they are going forward with the plan. He claims they are just trying to help people establish a credit history.

I found a web site that you can read about it if anyone is interested. The web is: fairus.org. Stands for "Federation for American Immigration Reform".

Lots of good info here. You can read all the legislation on immigration and see who is supporting or opposing it. This includes major corporations and organizations that are either trying to stop this legislation or get it pushed through. It just blows my mind how many companies and organizations are trying to get amnesty for illegals pushed through. Ted Kennedy and John McCain are to of the biggest proponents of getting this pushed through.

The site also has info about employers getting nailed for hiring illegals and not payaing income tax for these workers. The site has all the web addresses and phone numbers for your state and federal representatives so you can write or contact them with your opinions.

A lot of BOA customers are pi**ed about this and are closing their accounts. Hopefully enough customers will close thier accounts and put a dent in the stock holders pockets.

I for one like a man of action jumping in with both feet gettin the job done I don't give an Ioda for some one that has to contimplate and concern himself about thier political future, bush and cheney fall under the 'cowboy up" theroy and are willing to take the heat. as for BOA boycott them to ruins, works for me. don't care for supporters of terrorists. as for them being illegal aliens we can't function with out them although california is looking alot like Tiajuana anymore but they get me the fruit and veggies. I wish they would thump and deport any one though that has a mexican flag on their house without having a US of A flag above it that would constitute a trader and should not be allowed in the country and if they have a visa or citizenship revoke it, goes with business too. as for Jane oh helll I'll shut up now.

I don't need to boycott BofA but good luck with that! I think that the annomous corporate geeks, at BofA and elsewhere, are the real terrorist.

Our Southern boarder has been pourous, since Christ was a Corporal, mostly as a safty valve to keep the poor from starting a violent revolution down there and installing a government that might have been easily manipulated by our enemys. Living in SoCal, you see a lot of illegals from Mexico, you're right about the need to have then. For the overwhelming majority of them, they are decent folks just trying to survive. Like all societies they do have their trouble makers. Most of my neighbors are imagrants from Mexico, legal, all are good friends, most have been victimized by biggots that report them to the INS as running safe houses. My next door neighbor almost lost his wife and unborn daughter during an INS rade at 5:00 AM. Yeah, they are from a different culture, a good one, just different.

On 9/11, My next door neighbor's father, who can't speak English, went door to door giving out American Flags, 3' by 5', to make sure that everyone in the neighborhood had one to fly.

I have some very good friends from foreign countrys and they came to this land hoping for a better life and have made it so. By coincedent My dad used to ship one of my friends back to mexico on a regular basis and later helped him through the channels to get his citizenship another is from russia and loves it here, and can recite history in english better than red jane. I in noway have slammed the hard working honest immigrant trying to make his life better, the noncompliant ones need to go not get automatic ammnesty. and as for living biker "whatever" no one ever should need to defend his lively affiliation you are as you are to your own liking. and if the military had not been cut by the previous chief. we might have enough to take on the n.k. and Iran for that matter. of course we would have to put up with more janes and "jons". also that is very admirable of your neighbors father. Now for jane it sure wouldn't hurt for her to have an "accident" I don't think she is looking for the spot light for her but for her cause and that cause is to her extent anti american in my opinion and if she thinks saddam or osama are such great reasons to pull her little stunts then we should ship her terrorist loving azz over to'em and let her be thier virgin.
