HELP A DREAM COME TRUE-- Because all we really have in life are dreams and goals..... Seven year old Shane Bernier of Lancaster, Ontario is a patient receiving treatment for Leukemia at the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario.

On May 30th, Shane will be turning 8 years old.
