| You are a good guy to care enough to actually do something about a potential hazard rather than just ignoring it.
I did a lot of construction work and a job I was on in Co. I worked with an electrician who had been a Haz Mat inspector, got out of it because he was afraid of becoming contaminated, anyway the real horror story is the unknowing person who rents to a person who uses their rental property to set up a meth lab. Once it has been determined as such and found to be contaminated the property is virtually worthless, can't rent or sell it, you are just screwed. If someone did that to me I would hunt them down and shove a pound of meth where the sun don't shine. AL |
