Someone I know had to visit the local INS to clear up an Australian passort / visa issue. While she was there a Mexican woman and her daughter came in and asked to speak to someone about her son. The INS people get a translator to speak with her and it turns out that she was there to see if she could get her son released to her bein' that he was in jail and all. 
Wait, it gets WAY better! She wants the son released so she can return him to Mexico (a good thing)... Problem was, she and her daughter crossed illegally into the good old USA and were so totally stupid that they actually thought that they could get help at the INS for her poor son.... 
Bye, Bye....go back to Mexico, do not pass go, and BTW, your son gets to stay here and then get deported.
Sometimes you gotta wonder how dumb someone can be. |

great story cd.....but here is what i am seeing.....we are spending way to much money housing these creeps in 2 star hotels we call jails.....ac/heat, 3 squares, tv, games......y'all know what there like.....kinda cushy and probably way better than they deserve.......then they get deported over the border, then turn around and come on back.....our prison/jail system needs overhauling also....

Right now our Govenator has this new budget proposal to get California out of the hole. One piece includes releasing all inmates who are close to parole or incarcerated for lesser crimes. However there are no plans to deport any of these inmates who were here illegally to start with!
It's bad enough that the tax payers here have to put all these anchor babies through school. Perhaps if our state (and other states) held up the laws against employers hiring illegals, and then took it a step further to not pay for them in our schools any longer, people would self-deport.
Sorry, now I'm getting slightly off topic, I'm just frustrated |
