I gotta say, I get alot of pleasure out of this forum. Great bunch of guys/ladies, from all areas and walks of life. Reading some of the posts and opinions posted here just make me smile. Logging onto this site is a luxury for me, just because I work so many hours, but I look forward to what I read. I really consider this a comfortable place. Plus, some of you guys kill me with the responses, I just have to laugh my a** off.

Thanks for making my free time fun!

I have to agree with everyone so far. This is my favorite place on the web at this point. Signed up on a bunch boards over the last last few years but this is my favorite ever.

I have gotten more help with problems from folks on here than anywhere else on the net. Had more laughs than I can count on here and check in several times a day even from work.

Thanks VDC for posting this thread, it is long over due from all of us. A big thanks to the folks that make it possible as well, you guys Rock.

Glad you got to retire..I got a few years yet before I pull the plug. I got a computer a bunch of years ago because I had to upgrade my work skills and found this site back in 1997 when CD started it up. I still can't type worth **** and I don't think I can build an EVO from scratch but I've learned lots here..this is a great place to be

Ditto, this is a cool little place. not too big so that threads get lost in a day and lots of good info and bike talk. I meant to say comraderie but don't know how to spell it. AL

I agree. You all seem like a bunch of good guys. Always willing to help someone out or give opinions when asked what they would do or think about something. I myself don't post that much but do enjoy reading the threads. Hey Chuck why are you always beating up on cowboy you two must be pretty good friends.

OK, I was just thinking - which is dangerous, as us retirees shouldn't do that no more, right? Anyway, last year when I was at Street Vibes trying to contact SK from this forum I knew it was gonna be hard when I passed that I would be wearing a vest that had military patches and then saw that about 30 percent of everyone there was also a Vet.....anyWAY-

I think that it would be a good idea if we could buy Bike Talk ball caps so that when we try to link up with others from this forum, they would have somethin to look for when meeting for the first time. I think that Hunter Orange with the Bike Talk logo (in black?) would be easiest to spot. I thought about shirts or patches, but they just aren't as easily seen in a crowd. Plus, wearing a T-shirt on a 30 degree day is not always the best way to meet someone....leads to bad attitudes.

Just an idea. And not one I'd make a dime for...I'll leave that to the working folk. But I'd spend some cash.......
