| don't waste your breath boys, she's gone. check the board, she ain't visited in the last 24 hours so she must've had her hissy fit and stormed out. Oh well, friends come and friends go. Tell her to go to HCG chatroom, you can use all the foul language you want and hang out with a bunch of wanna be 1%ers. I left that board after some bullsh*t I read/heard. way too much drama for me, and I found a nice comfy home here! F*ck 'er if she can't take a joke.... |

Mmmmmmmmmmm, FISH! And SHELLFISH!
My wife made a quick trip to Pensacola and had a mess of fine Southern stuff shipped back. Been eating crawfish, jumbo shrimp, catfish and oysters for the last 3 days. She got it from Joe Patti's (on the web if you're interested) and it was great! Gotta get another shipment of bugs and gator steaks real soon! |

| If ya read back over my posts, you will see a lot of astericks. That is an accepted way to keep a family site, family oriented yet still allow expression. If that isn't done, the owners/moderators face problems. Or it has to be billed as an adults only site. That's just the way of it.
As to a persons "freedom" to speak, using whatever language they chose, that isn't abridged....when I say "OK, lighten the **** up!" there isn't anyone on the board that is so slow they can't fill in the blanks.

| We all face battles very day. The trick is to pick the right ones to fight! This clearly is one not to fight!
Chill and relax life is short and there are ways around it as noted above if you really need to. And as Achmed would say......I KILL YOU!!! |

| RIght on SK. And.. this is a moot point anyway everybody can figure out what the ****s stand for by the phrasing. Personally I feel there is a time and place for everything. If I mean to offend somebody I know how to do it and if they don't like it they can try a little bit of my a$$ on. On the other paw there is certain language I wouldn't use in front of about anybody's grandma or in church (if I went) because it wouldn't be appropriate. It doesn't take a lot of effort to be polite and i don't feel I'm compromising my integrity by doing so. With freedom comes responsibility. AL |

| Speakin of fish to fry, this Friday Im fixing some of my famous mustard fried cat fish, y'all ever had it cooked that way? it's a secret but I'll tell ya. Take an egg, a appropriate size jar of plain old French's yellow mustard and about a half a bottle of the hot sauce of your choice, I prefer Crystal brand. Mix that up, roll your fillets in it and put em in a bag of Zatarain's seasoned breading mix shake em up and throw em in the deep fryer. The mustard compliments the catfish flavor really well. I envy you South East Tx. boys being able to catch mud bugs this early in the year. AL |

| Has this suddenly turned into the Bikers' Cooking Forum? What kind of Mambsy-Pambsies are we? Are we bikers or bakers?
Alright, if any of you like Salmon, here is an easy one for Hawaiian BBQ Salmon.
Mix a can of unsweetened coconut milk with a cup Caribeen Jerk marinade in a sealable container. Toss in a 1-2 pound fillet with the skin still on and let it soak for a couple of hours.
Throw it on the grill skin side down on low and baste it with the marinade. The skin will come right off on the grill. You can flip it once it cooks a bit if you like it browned as long as you're careful. |
