    that is taking up some time....between painting and honeydoo's.......

    a fellow in college station wants to street rod a 60 chevy truck. he has seen my other work and brought it to me. some pics....

    Looks good so far & I see the sidecar in the back ground , is the truck a 65or 66 ?

    it is a 60. has the good torsion bar front end and stiff link rear with springs.......putting a late model 5 speed gearbox in it.

    That's right I forgot the body style went back that far , ot to be fun 5spd & v8 power now is it a 350 or 383 strocker ?

    67 327 out of a camaro. fresh build, dont have any specs and it hasnt been fired off yet.....hope they did a good job!!!!

    crap looks like you have about as many PROJECTS in the works as me,,,, bus conversion getting last paint this week ,,,done,,,,ron brought his 56 pickup over in pieces,,,wants painted,,, stilll do not have old shovel together,,,, lawn needs mowing,,,fish pond needs cleaned,,,,, dog chewed up visqueen in yard,,,, 30 by 40 chunk,,,, wife told me i should just move to wherever i dissapear for days to,,,, so i looked at ride to panama,,,,looks real interesting,,,pops

    looks like the bed rails are in need of a little work...

    Typical 60's GM stuff, great looking but wow the metals sure don't have todays protections

    what's going on the back, Hardwood bed with chrome trim and spacers,

    where you moving the fuel to the back under the bed with a hidden in bed filler?

    all new cross members in the bed, then hardwood flooring with stainless strips running lengthwise....moon style round 22gal tank in the bed,,,,not sure if he is getting alum. or chrome.....gonna blast the bed and repair as needed, then blast and paint the rear frame and rearend....putting discs on the front this week.....

    Nice. Makes me think of the '57 Chevy pickup I had back in the day. I loved that thing. I hope I can get another some day. I had to leave it behind when... long story. You can read about it in the book. :)

    ya need some boost to operate the dics....combination brake booster and hyd. clutch assy....very cool!!!

    look's good, is the disc set up a aftermarket kit ? & the master cyl set up look's good , did it came that way ?or did you fab it all together ?
