    fellow from north texas brought me a bike he got for his daughter in college. it was running 8 or so months ago. carbs are gummed up now. gonna customize it and paint.......a diamond in the rough!!!!!!!!:)

    Let's see here dump the seat or make it thinner with a gel pad set up different mirrors & some paint , does the tank have a dent or is that just the pic? What size kaw is that engine?

    Big project, is the bike worth it or is it a love affair. Like cowboy that seat needs help. Any mods planned to the bike from stock? Oh yea, those exhaust look like they need help to.

    the seat needs thinning, but think back to the 70's..........short king and queen!!!! lol lol the mess on the tank is the clear comming off. lots of plans for it.....some chrome, paint will be viper blue metalic with some airbrushing. front fender will be painted also. Maltese cross mirrors....this is a before pic and will update as it proceeds.........a "diamond in the rough"!!!!!!!!:)

    That bike reminds me of a bike that a guy at work has. Looks like it was rescued from a lake.

    I said that to the guy at work once, he wasn't very happy! :D

    Man dissin' another guys scoot is next to bashing his ol' lady. Actually you might fair a lot better talkin trash about his ol' lady than his bike in many cases. I have taken a crap load of grief over my Sissy Bike/Starter Bike/B**ch Bike/Half a Harley/ you guys have heard them all. It don't bother me too much anymore because I know I have more time in the saddle of my Sporty than they have lookin at their garage ornaments.

    Initially I was going to ask if that wasn't a funny way to spell Harley on the side of that tank, but now screw that. Someone out there is wanting in the wind and I am sure when it leaves Chuck's care it is going to be a most worthy ride. Can't wait to see the pics of progress.
