    OK,

    As the idea of a Meet And Greet has gained momentum, I thought that it is time that a poll is mad to determine the location.

    Remember, this is going to be for next summer and the date in which we should have this will be in a separate poll.

    Please remember that not everyone is going to be happy with the location but the majority should be heard.

    If the place that you really think that the Meet and Greet should be held, please PM me and we can discuss starting a different poll with your choice included. I may post several polls in order to narrow our choices down. Also, please explain as to why you think that your choice should be considered?

    Thanks and I look forward to hearing from all members.

    Here are the beginning chocies;

    I chose South Dakota because of the wonderful terrain that it possesses. Not only that, as far as I am concerned it puts everyone in neutral spot to whre no one member sticks out as being the host or hostess. Also we could do this around Sturgis time as well to whee we can be with all of our Biker Brothers and Sisters.

    I picked Missouri because it's closer to where I live, and I think it's pretty neutral and centrally located in the U.S. Is anybody from the Show Me state?

    I could live with South Dakota, make it either before or after Strugis, things are very pricie at Strugis time, like double the cost for a motel room. Maybe some little town like Custer, it's in the black hills and only 45 miles from Rapid City and plenty of motels and stuff. Close to CrazyHorse memorial. and not so hot either.

    OK, so far for those who want to be heard SD is gaining popularity. I agree with HarleysLR, either before or after would be the best time.

    What are some of the favorite places to visit in SD?

    Yea, I like that road from Hill City down to Deadwood. All those places are good and staying even in Deadwood would be fun. There are motels and a KOA there.

    Any of the proposed destinations is fine with me. My least favorite would be Texas, but only because I've been there more times than the others. I'd still be good with that.

    Just make the date with an idea of the weather. Would like to avoid the worst of the hail/tornado times.

    I camp at Holiday Inn or some place like that. I really like the mom & pop places around Rapid City or one of the other little towns close by.
    I take it we're going to South Dakota?
    Were ever is going to have lots of tourist and that would be US.
