Can too many dyna beads be adverse to balancing, I cant recall if the dyna beads were added to my front 21" wheel and tire. If I put another batch in and say it doubled the amont, would that defeat the purpose. Info appreciated.

well if you filled the tire completely full it would eliminate the advantage :D

The question is all mute to me now. Just found out the company strongly recommends against the use of dyna beads if racing, but particularly if drag racing

Interesting, so perhaps at wot and low speeds the dynas can't get to a good inertia point to work, up to some speed they are relocating (when you stop they must drop because, gravity) then when you start they have to find the postion needed.

    maybe they move around

Quick acceleration slams the beads into one position and are not placed in the strategic soft positions. Oval racing slams them to the sidewalls. Suppose to work good with normal acceleration and normal highway riding.

If in doubt, take the front tire off and look. I don't think it would be a good idea if the amount of beads recommended by the manufacturer was doubled.

Try going through the "Best Rest" products webpage. They sell the dyna beads and have some info there. I purchase my beads through another site that came up when I googled balancing beads. Forgot who. I went to 4oz for my 150x16" tires.

Marc did use them and was very pleased as I am. Fatboy128
