surprisingly it was mid 40's today so I rode my bike into town and picked up some rubber grommets for ny mufflers. While I was there I seen a derby cover I liked and bought it.

I always end up with more than what I need or want. Started talking about SE mufflers, tune, air cleaner etccc.. So I made myself get out of there quick like before it was too late.

Chromosexual, ha-ha. Well, there are worse things. It's been a long time since I went to a dealership for a part. When I did, I went with blinders on or I'd end up spending more than I intended, which happened every time anyway.

When I was in there yesterday I seen awsome pair of riding boots. Little pricey so I passed. Coming home I remembered I had a gift card from last Christmas from my daughter and some bonus bucks at the HD store and went back today and bought them.

Out of pocket money was 100$. Old boots over 7 years old and pretty worn out. I feel these quality boots should see me to the end of my riding days.

I knew the boots although named Ladson were made by wolverine. So I looked over the www on the wolverine web site and the weren't offered, must have been special made for HD. Found other sites (eBay) and yeah they had them for 179 not including shipping(25$) or no shipping fee for 190$.

Plus I was able to try them on to make sure they fit. I have wide feet, need at least medium width which they were.

Only thing that sux is they won't be used for their intended purpose till April.....
