When putting new ez just mixture screw in cv carb does o ring go on last then washer and then spring? and does it matter best result for my bike seems to be around 1 to 1.5 turns out once seated? or should it be closer to the 2 1/8 sweetspot, thanks grumble1_1

The packing order when installing the EZ-Just is:
    1. O-ring
    2. Washer
    3. Spring
    4. EZ-Just or screw
The o-ring must seat inside first and the washer keeps the spring from damaging the o-ring.

All bikes are different based on jetting and engine characteristics, so it is quite possible to have less turns on the mixture screw. Having the screw turned out 2-1/8 is just a guideline but if your engine tunes better at less then use that optimum setting.

Here is a picture of the EZ-Just and the order in which it is installed with the stock spring, washer, and o-ring (referred to as the packing).

You be right, this wasn't the place for this post. Maybe one of the mods will see fit to move it over to the tech corner.
