    you like fish?
here's a fine recipe for fish, any fish will work..
first thing ya find some burlap, good clean washed burlap. take a casserole dish out and fold up the burlap to fit in it, now you marinate that burlap for a few hrs in bourbon or whiskey. get yer grill going at about medium heat. spread your marinated burlap out, do your spicing or prep, place your fish in it , now this is key,, find a decent size rock, tennis ball size or so, one that will hold heat well.. make sure you save your marinate fixens.. now put this on the grill and after 6 minutes turn the heat down to low. let it go for about 20 to 30 minutes. the aroma will be strong from the fixens and spices.. well, as soon as you can sink a fork in the rock its ready, then you throw out the burlap and the fish and eat the rock with the leftover marinate makens..

I know the Texans football player arian foster quiting eattin meat.
He always gets hurt all the time a lot easier.
I've listening to doctors say you need to eat fish & meat.

I don't think no meat diets provide all the protein to complete all the necessary amino acids Needed.

I get my protein, plenty of it from all kinds of beans, and yes, your gas producing facilities do get used to the fiber in them! I also get plenty of Omega 3 and other Omegas from my foods and a pill. No more milk, I make my own almond milk (raw almonds, water and a splash of vanilla in a high speed blender then strain) it's better tasting and doesn't have all the crap store bought has. No cheese, and I LOVED cheeses (I miss pizza but I have had it recently) No oils of any kind even olive.
Its a tough life choice but I am 64 and now I speed walk 6-7 miles up and down the hills here 6 days a week averaging 14 minutes a mile. I lost 45 pound since March, I don't take statins anymore cause my chlorestol plummeted and within a month I'll probably be off my blood pressure meds too!
The only thing ya got to watch is Vitamin B12. The only source of B12 is meat so I take a daily pill but my doc had prescribed that a couple years ago cause as we get older we become deficient in B12.
BUT, after saying all this, from time to time, very seldom, I do make an exception and have meat or cheese in a meal. Usually if we go out to eat.
Donuts!!!! I haven't had a donut in years! :wtf:
Now CB, want to go for a walk with me? :oldman:

Good for you, I hope you've given up alcohol as well, that will put weight
on very quickly and offset the gains in diet, dropped close to 50 myself by simply
eliminating booze completely, been one year this month.

Yeah about the empty calories but if I have to go on Xanax or hire a shrink due to not drinking it could get expensive. PLUS I'm out on the Island, much safer here. I'm out before 5am in the dark. Just worried about deer collisions!!!! Almost this morning while walking. Scared the ba Jesus out of me !
