I called Hayden last Tuesday about getting parts for my M6 chain tensioner that I bought 9 years ago. It was showing some wear so if they offered replacement parts instead of a new one for todays price of $109 I would just get a shoe.

The woman that answered the phone after 2 rings I figured was probably a receptionist, so I asked her if I could talk to someone about replacement parts.

As it turns out she was very very knowledgeable about all things that can go wrong with Harley primarys and chains. She was simply a fantastic person to talk to and I got a new shoe shipped to me in 2 days for only $15 bucks.

I can't say enough about the great service and the great product from Hayden Enterprises, Inc.

just goes to show there are parts houses and then there are professional parts houses where even the janitor knows what you want and how it works.
