I have the Commander 3 on my FJR1300 and those things handle better than any other tire I have ever had. Let us know how you like them after a few thousand miles.
You did order a matched pair, right?

I've had Michelin Commander II tires on my bike.
Been running them for a while.
The service mgr at a Harley dealer and assistance service mgr had them on their bikes and was saying how much they liked them several years ago .
Replacing the rear one cause it don't have much rubber in the center.
Tires has a little over 10,000 on tbem.

I like how the tired stay rounded and handle.

My stock Harley tires are now singing in corners I have 10900 on them. Still lots of tread on them throw. Will look into them and see if they will fit the 2014 SE touring Harley.

Harley is weird about making tire sizes for the SE bikes, that only like Dunlop or Avon make tiresome for.
