    You got it! There is almost nothing better in the morning than a deli egg, cheese, bacon, ketchup, salt and pepper on a kaiser roll sandwich ! BUT, in the past 6 weeks I've dropped 30 pounds! No more animal products. No, I'm not a vegan just a plant eater. And I walk 5 miles a day up and down the hills here .

    Yep they are freaking great! Take a ride out this summer. See Montauk Point and have a Long Island Breakfast in the morning and a couple of Long Island Ice Teas in the evening.

    Long island and NYC for that matter both have excellent cultural, domestic and foreign cuisine. Big cities notoriously always have good eats......if you know where to go.

    Just got done eating BBQ ribs and man where they good best I've ever had and their not from NYC. Home made potato salad, baked beans and French bread.
