If you was buying one of these pipes for yer Bagger which would you like the best.
Talked to the Tech dept with V&H and here is what they said about the DB

Both sound exactly the same and put out the same exact DB output. 90-92 DB.

    Thanks but.
Sorry man but I refuse to put true duals on any bike I own.
Got many friends and A buddy that built race bikes.
    No true duals.
I got the Stainless steal Fuel Moto header pipe on my bike now. And the Thunder-Max TBW

Those Monster Rounds are really a nice looking pipe. A nice price too. I didn't look that hard at the site but do they have a sound bite on the page to get a listen?

I have the oval's on mine and love em. CB, I saw a set of Monster Ovals today that were black but with the chrome tips. Was on a black bike and gotta tell you those V&H blacked out mufflers with chrome tips looked really nice on his bike. They also come with chrome muffler and a black tip, very nice looking.

I bought mine back in 09 and didn't pay that much for them. Got mine off Ebay for less than MSRP back then.

I paid 200 bucks for my V&H Longshots, new in the box. (sucker for a bargain)
Got a set of V&H Ovals (not monster) in the attic I took off.
Yeah,, I know baggers are 'sposed to have a pipe on each side, blah blah blah,,,,
I'd go with Big Shot Longs if it were me, but you already have the high dollar header pipes, so my vote is the Ovals. Even at 515, that seems like alot of money for just mufflers.
