    Hot Rider and I will be at this rally. We will be staying in Rapid City. We are planning on being there for a week. If anyone wants to meet up and ride with us, please let me know. It will be a privilege to meet you and share the road with you. Thanks.

    I most likely will be staying at the ABVI. It us along I 90 to the north.

    A little better than $100 a night when we were last there. Haven't booked just yet for Sturgis.

    I've gotten to where I really like those motel breakfast. They are very convenient and many times very good.

    I am not sure if that is the rate for that week or not. Yes booking will be done today. My dad will be with as well. Great time to be had.

    Even mor the reason to go Johnny! I been going to rallies since the 70's and I 'm tired of the crowds,the ignorance,rudeness and .$$$$$. At this point of my two wheeled life I prefer the path less taken,preferably with my spouse or maybe 1-2 other friends.
    Now you and those who have never you need to jump in with both feet and get in as many experiences of that type as possible. There are notable two wheeles rallies all over this great two wheeled nation.FromNova Scotia wharf rat rally to new Yorks rendezvous to Daytona,myrtle beach,the rally in Gettysburg pa and little Sturgis in Kentucky...just do them.

    Wow, that's cool! Rollin' with your dad, I wish I could still do that. I used to get out once in awhile with him when I was younger, never realized how precious those times were. Get a GoPro, take lots of vid. Awesome!

    I will have a go pro by then. Yeah it is something I enjoy that is for sure. My dad, Hot Rider and I are taking a three day trip to Ashland Wisconsin and do some riding up that way. Will be a great time!

    UPDATE:

    I won't be able to make it to Sturgis. Hot Rider for some reason all of a sudden got pissy and now doesn't want to go. Have no idea why. SORRY if you were one of those that were contemplating on meeting up there.
