Too bad. Victory has a couple of nice bikes and a great engine.

Saw that coming. Couple years ago, went with a freind to his buddys victory dealership and he was getting out because he said he knew a little something about a little something.

It has more to do with Polaris uniting behind a classic name (Indian) for marketing purposes in a stagnant market than Victory's failings. Funny thing is, how long before the PC Police come after Indian for not being a Hollywood-liberal approved name? You know it is coming...they can't wait to be offended!

I'm offended because we talk about this BS. Hollywood and the media are out to ruin the USA. Truck them all.

Sons Victory dealership in AZ was informed that Polaris will continue to service and provide parts for 10 years.

Victory sold enough bikes over the 18 years its probably gonna be awhile past 10 years before repair and parts become an issue.

And what becomes of all the unsold Victory bikes? Send over seas? Sell domestically till gone?

I would bet they get an Indian franchise being in a large city,
but they will have to spend bucks on the location, Indian isn't going
to let them put them on the floor with 4 wheelers and jet skis, hondas
    and suzieq's

Daytona Indian took over the old Rossmeyer HD location on Beach st
and redid the whole thing, very nice.

The already have a separate building for the Victorys. No metrics in the mix. But, there is an Indian dealer there already so it's a horse race
