    just got back from the Drs. Lost 20lbs,blood pressure good. She was happy. Wants me to keep going, nother check up in 4 months. Damn.

    Lol. I probably put it back on today. 2 lobsters and 2 birthday cake slices (modestly small pieces). Two grandkids birthday today. Tomorrow back to the grind of oatmeal,salad and fruit.

    Since I'm working (sitting on my arse in a bus) I don't get the 5-6 mile walks in anymore. Once school is out...
    BTW, what town in NC are your relatives? A son is on way to Clayton from AZ.

    Goldsboro/Snow hill,NC. I believe clayton is some where between goldsboro and Raleigh. 70 miles from snow hill. Is he moving there?

    Same here with a desk job. I manage to grind out a 2 mile run before i go to work

    Yep he's there now. He goes back to AZ to tie up loose ends and I fly out there when school ends to drive back to NC with him and his vehicle. From 3 sons in AZ now down to one.

    Husk puppies and killer fried chicken too.

    I go down 4-5 times a year. Always bring back bbq and hush puppies. Good stuff in moderation Mr FB.
