i have an 08 1200c sportster with 2100mi an since the day i got it (9mi) its seems to be a little noisy to me sounds like valve train noise.is this normal? also notice today at 65mph if i wot i hear a weird noise kind of like spark knock but its not countinuios. trans is noisy when shifting i swear people walking must hear me change gears.this bike is just getting on my nerves when i left the dealer with it i got about 10mi and made a stop to check it out without a dealer over my should and seen that the bolts were falling out of the derby cover they had to come pick it back up.4 day ago the exhuast nuts fell off.i felt more safer on my 90 883.:witsend:

The dealer prep sucked! No excuse for the derby cover or exhaust header bolts to not be tight other that the tech was trying to push units without ever thinking about customer satisfaction. a call to HD technical support or customer service and let them know how pissed off you are. It always lights a fire under the dealers money grubbing butt! Sorry you had a bad experience.
