I have a 05 Springer softail (88B, injected) with stage two upgrade (95 with 203 cams). A friend is recommending SE heads now. Any nay-sayers?

Nay...the 203 is a bolt in cam, with a .510" lift and 234-239 duration you wouldn't get any better flow with the SE heads than stock.
You could have your stock heads cleaned up and use a .030 head gasket to get a little bit more out of your cam,but not a lot...if the engine is together I wouldn't bother.
If you decide to go with a high lift cam get your stock heads worked rather than buying off the shelf hi-per heads that would need to be cleaned up anyway....JMO

    Cleaned up= Street Port

Here's some info on head porting for you,

I wondered about that cam! Another buddy was skeptical about that plan and was more into me re-working the stock heads. Thanks for your input JMO!
