    Are you stuck on these, 13 inch really arent that high on a road king, probably just high enough to have to change the cables and lines so you just as well go bigger. Everyone thinks apes are uncomfortrable and you lose handling but I can tell you that is total BS. I have a buddy who is 5 feet 10 and he put 18 apes on his road king and they are below his shoulder but 16 on a heritage is higher than 18 on a road king, I just ordered 16 apes for my road king and currently right now it has mini apes(WG bars) I can cut you a deal on as soon as I get them switched.     10 tall
    34and a half wide
    ten wide in the center
    8 pullback
    these measurements are off the top of my head but they are pretty close and stock cables and lines will work, Todd
