I am considering fitting a POWER COMMANDER in an attempt to rectify a fuel problem.
The bike runs perfectly on a trip, but the plugs "carbon up " when used around the city.
The bike is fitted with a Magnetti Morelli system which cannot be adjusted.
Any one had experience with the POWER COMMANDER ?
Will this equipment assist the above condition ?
    Regards Besthelper

I just happen to have a 96 Road King with EFI. In order to program the 96 you MUST buy a 98 ECM which is programmable. Once you have the programmable ECM and a fairly close download, the PCIII will allow you to tune it for just about any modification you set your heart on! Mine runs a stock crank with .010 over Keith Black flat top pistons, Andrews EV27 cam, SE heads that have been shaved .030 to get 9.8:1 compression and a V&H propipe. I'm getting 82 HP/87 FtLbs torque and it doesn't ping on hot days.
