2002 honda shadow 750

    Thinking about replacing chain and sproket should I use a rivot style link or the clasp type the clasp one comes with it but I can get the rivot type separate just done have the tool but want it to be safe thanks

    I always ran the clasp style I put the clasp on backwords never had any trouble

    When I was running a 1100 suzuki that was heavily modified, I ran a 630 o-ring chain that had the clasp. Never had a problem and the chain saw 160mph many times. But I did no burn-outs or wheelies (I think they would be tougher on the chain).
