    Hi All,
Installed a bunch of $$ engine mods, rebuilt the carb will cv stuff (With your help about 1yr ago) had it polished, and a bunch of chrome xtras; turned out nice! -could have bought two new bikes for the money I spent! ANYWAYS, bought a burly slammer kit and started installing it. I noticed how "crappy" the shock stud covers are - not chrome but maybe polished aluminum - really soft. I cannot find for the life of me a replacement set, only can find the stud covers that fit "over" the stud and tightened using set screws. I'd like to just get a set that fits on the bolt that slides through the shock stud... Everything I find is from '91 - '99 but have no idea if they changed the susp setup from '99 to '02. Thanks in advance. AND yes this thread is useless without pics, I know.

Bought the bike used (only 128 miles on it) last yr, no manual included. Been working on dirt bikes/atvs for many yrs so I guess it only hurts for part #'s...

I have found almost all I need from J&P, but when it comes to covers, bolts, nuts, whatever, and looking for chrome, I go to a place called Fastenal or Menards and I can usually find it there. I even have this really cool store called Runnings and they have a lot of what I need there.
