Does anyone know what size Neck Bearings a 2006 FXST has???
    3/4 or 1" ??????????
My friend wants to change to an Inverted Front End and is looking online but does not know what size his Bearings are.
The bike has less than 2,000 miles on it and I told him he should not have to worry about changing them.
    What are your thoughts???
    Thanks!

i would check with a dealer. if they wont tell ya, ask to see the bearing ( as if you were going to purchase it) then measure!!

A wise old mechanic told me a few centuries back to always change the bearings when replacing the triple trees. you will lose the lower bearing that is pressed on the original triple tree and they sure don't cost a fortune. Besides, new bearings will take away any doubt as to weather they were perfect.
