    Here it is ChuckTx.

I thought you asked me to post this.

My wife who turned 50 Jan, 5, 2010 trained for 6 months and ran her 1st 1/2 marathon in January 1, 2010 in cold weather.
She had gone to the Doctor and he said she was too heavy to run this.
She had to loose some weight. And she did.

She ran its either 13 miles or 13 1/2 miles I don't know in 3hrs and 40 minutes and 14 seconds.

    She drug her butt.
But its what she wanted to do for her 50th birthday. Now she is talkin about trying for a TriAthalon.

This thing is 6 1/4 inch across and 3/8 of an inch thick.
I would hate to drop it on my foot, Its heavy.

That's great, my wife said to tell you she commends her.

    Think I said that right.

My Ol goes to the gym everyday. She usually runs about 3 miles or so a day.
She gits bored pretty easy doing the same thing over and over.
She usually mixes it up and does spining , or weight trains, or does Yoga.

Now she is talkin about doing a Mini Tri Athalon.

where you ride a bike, swin and run.
