I have been having numerous carb problems with my wifes 2004 883. I bought it used about a month ago and it had a slight studder off of idle and an occasional carb fart. I tried a lot of things and eventually took it to the Harley Dealer and they said that they changed the slow jet from a 42 to a 45 and made some adjustments to the carb and that it is now 95% better. I rode the bike home and it did seem to ride a little better. A few days later I rode the bike and it was running fine. I filled it up with gas and about 2 miles down the rode from the gas station the bike started studdering really bad off of idle. It was so bad that I could not even ride the bike. I shut it off for a few minutes and the started it back up. I was then able to get it past the bad spot off of idle and make it home, but i had to keep the bike above idle. The bike will idle fine and it runs fine mid throttle to full throttle. I just runs really bad off of idle. If any one has any ideas for me to try I would greatly appreciate them. I have checked for intake leaks and there were none. I ran a tank of gas with Sea Foam in it. I have tried different jets, and I even took it to the dealer and they did not help me at all except they made my wallet lighter.

    Thanks,
    Jason
