    Hi everybody ,
Thinking about putting a 1250 conversion on my 883. I know there are a couple of them out there, wondering if anybody has any recomendations on which kit v-twin,NHRS, rev performance etc. to use.

    Hi Cowboy,
Other then v-twin, both those companies are building 1250 kits ,largest you can put into a sporty without case boring. these are bolt in kits.

havent done any of them but Ref Perf gets good reviews on a couple of other sites.

Im curious as to how they get past 1200 without boring, you either increase cyl bore or stroke, in that you're not splitting the cases you are not stroking it so bore increase is the only deal.

Just curious, post a link to the kits if you can.

That's good seems they figured out how to get a little more out, I'd say either kit is good, the rev performance people have been around a while I believe you can chat with them on vtwinforums.com they may be a sponse.
