depends on your budget? how much do you want to spend and how fast you want to go?

if budget is tight, do the big bore upgrade, your cylinders can be bored out
and 95 flat tops dropped in, will get a little more TQ out of it, not a lot of HP gain
    but TQ is key anyway..

After that some mild cams, head work, intake and tuning....

One way is to buy the stuff up and hoard it until you have all the parts
that way you only tear it down once...

so you guys think the 95 kit is better then doing a mid range cam? or i will get more out of the big bore kit?

i was told the best thing for my bike would be a mid range cam and adjustable rods. but after reading online i was leaning towards the 95 kit.

how fast i want to go? i am just trying to keep up my buddies one has a victory and the other a yamaha warrior

    thanks again for the help

I would lean to the big bore first, then add cams,

Look in the classifieds on the web boards you can find a deal
    on cams sometimes,

we have a guy here that can do a cyl exchange for your stockers
to make them 95. much less than hd's 95 kit.

Kirby at veetwinperformance goes by prodrag1320

go to the members link above and PM him....

Much less and mucho better...I bought my '95 kit from him(prodrag1320) outright(no cyl exchange)...got seasoned 95" cylinders,SE flat top piston kit and a Cometic top end gasket kit shipped to Canada for the same price as the Harley big bore kit without the gaskets:cool:

How fast are you looking to get this set up done? I think that you are wasting your time if you aren't going to do a cam swap as well. If you need a cam, I may have some available soon. Wait, are are running gear drives or stock chain drive?

well my freind the victory 106 with 4 valves per cylnder is going to be hard to keep up with. with just a 95 big bore kit. you need head work cams and some good exhaust . you can have a nice 95 putting out 100 over 100 . if it set up correctly . talk to kirby he will set ya up
