Hello. Trying to ID the carb to determine proper rebuild kit. The only identifying information I can see is the harley logo, harley davidson printed on each side, on the right side under harley davidson, it says 91YA.

Can anyone point me in right direction? Pictures attached. Thanks in advance.

Should be a Keihin 40mm CV carb if it is stock, and it sounds like it is stock. CV Performance, this site's sponsor, sells a fine mod kit for it.

    It looks stock.

Stock would be Keihin 40cv (Constant Velocity)

If you do decide to "improve" it don't drill out the slide
hole to a large size and do not replace the slide spring
with a lighter spring, the slide tends to hunt for optimum
position when that is done and it runs like crapola.

As HRK mentioned do not drill or change spring. A good carb to just rebuild and match the jetting to any engine mod that you might have
