There are a ton of cams and companies that sell them.

Why Andrews is there a specific reason,

I noticed you have an ultra classic very heavy bike,

What are you looking for out of the build

    1) Do wheelies and burnouts at the Iron Horse,
    2) run the qtr mile at bithlo dragway (High HP High RPM Power)
    3) Pick up a lot of TQ from down low to 5500 RPM for better passing
and better power to pull away at lights

How do you ride, two up, long distances, tourpack and bags loaded to the hilt or one up no tour pack 90% bike night cruser and weekend warrior

Reason I ask is the cam determines the power band and to some extent the total power.

Also why the HTCC stuff, are you sold on HD's parts if so why not skip the gear drive and pop in a HD cam that goes with those parts. HD put together a good package and it will make good power.

Ya I just about run alone, not much in the bags anymore. Riding mostly between 2&3RPM, no hot rodding here, as far as the gear drive even HD states "while its apart might as well go to gears". Anyway I was thinking of having "Chris" from the battelgrounds install the gear set and a 2/1 at bike week. Thanks:banghead:

Well HD doesn't have gears for sale, and you need to have the runout on the pinion shaft checked before you invest in gears, some pinon shafts at least on the 07 and 08's are too far out to run gears.

A good mild street cam would be

    Andrews tw37BG
    Woods W-6G
    S&S 510

Hotroadkings suggestions are good and I would also classify the hq0034 with these cams. Todd

Yer going with all HTCC stuff, know yer locked in with that kind of stuff. YOu can't change heads without changing pistons.
Hope you will be happy. yer need to look at where you want the cams to come in at with yer riding style. I would want bottom to mid range in yer case. Then yer gonna have to look at yer compression ratio with the heads and pistons you have and start choosin cams from there.
If yer stayin all harley build the new 258 cam is their best. Again look at yer compression witht he cams.

Been waitin for months for TM to come out with a new tuner to fit my dbw bike so I can change to a AN StageII air kit and the TW6-6 cams myself. I hear its going to be in the summer before I might git my wish.
