Abs

    I have a 2011 Harley Street Glide with ABS.Was thinking about going with a 21 inch custom rim up front and only running a single rotor.will my ABS be affected?Thx.

    you have to put in HD ABS bearings
    if you do this it should still work.

    yep! hrk is again correct abs wheel speed sensor pick up reluctor is part of hub bearings assembly!may have to re flash abs module to let it know your running a 21 up front for diffrence in wheel speed because of diameter . we have to do that with cars and trucks not sure on a bike because of only two wheels being picked up by the module . on cars it looks at the diffrence in speed of all four so maybe on a bike the module wont care. but i would ask dont want the module thinking the front wheel is spining on front and the back is locked up and releasing the brake by mistake when coming to a stop . being the front wheels over all diameter bieng larger. just a thought !
