I was adding cruise control to may 08 Road King and went step by step and checked blinker functions, horn, and etc... after I did each side. After making last connection I tried to start my harley and it does nothing, engine wont roll over, blinkers wont blink horn honks but that is it. Key light in speedometer blinks and then stays on. If you could give me some ideas I would greatly apperciated. Thanks DT

    Did you check the fuses.
Is the bike in Neutral, is the kill switch on ?
    Tried pullin the clutch in.......
And on the 08 when you git it together, if it was like mine, you got to take it to the dealer to git the dealer to use their computer to throw the switch on so cruise control will work.....

Thanks for info did all you suggested right off the bat, then turned to here for help, I knew I would have to go have cruise turned on at dealer, but am thinking the security system wont let it start. Replaced fob battery also. I do thank you for the help. DT

Have you tried to enter the override code in the alarm if you think that is what it might be.........
