Could be just an O-ring, can you remove the air inlet valve?

A buddy told me you can get the fittings that go in the shock at an air conditioning/refrigeration shop... you can try one of them...No part number in the book for just the valve...there are numbers for the nut, valve cap and the union fitting though..LOL

BTW...Why do you think it's the schrader valve needs replacing?? the hose is the weak link in the set up....if it is the valve, maybe replacing the core will fix it for you...I got rid of the hoses on mine and put an air valve in each shock because I couldn't get the dang thing to pump up. Put the valves in the shocks and it hasn't lost a pound of pressure since.

Thanks for the info. where did you find the sir valves. I bought this bike used and the air valve itself is bent and will not allow the harley pump to seal when attached so it will not take air

My bud had them at his shop, I don't know where he got them...take the valve and go to an auto supply store, tire shop or refrigeration/AC shop and you'll probably find one....Next time I see my buddy I'll ask where he got them.

Hope it works for you, I just got rid of the plastic lines and put one in each shock...only takes an extra minute to pump them up when needed, if that long and less chance of more leaks.

Lucifer your right, I is a schrader valve. Take one out of an old tire tube or the parts house. The lines are hydraulic or Air, simular to the air lines on a truck but smaller. I just checked my 09.
