What do you do if the alarm won't disengage. I checked the batteries in the Delphi key bob and it is good.

if you mean it wont allow you to start the bike, put the bob on the seat and try it......also, and this happened to 3 guys i was riding with in west texas, a radio tower will interfear with the fob.....we had to push the bikes about 300 yards away from the tower before it would start......my self, i would uninstall the alarm and hang an empty 357 holster on the bike.......

In your manual there is a way to manually turn the alarm off if you know the pass code, you should have got a wallet card with the alarm code and procedure on it in the back of your manual!

The only thing installed on my bike is the Lo-jack cause it came with the bike. Works to, moved the bike once when I didn't have the key fob with me and next thing I knew I got a call on the cell phone.

We have had several HOG members in the chapter that couldn't start the bike, alarm battery was low. I'm with Chuck on those things even the Lo-Jack is limited to certain areas.

uh uh I know what you're thinkin
does this bike have lo-jack or an alarm

ta tell you the truth I don't have either
but, being this is a 44 magnum
the most powerful handgun in the world
and it could blow your head clean off....

you have to ask yourself one question

    do you feel lucky
    well?
    do ya?
    punk?

I like the Lo-Jack but god help me if I leave the keys and fob on the bike and it gets stolen, course won't be any different than someone getting their bike stolen that has no alarm.

I don't have an alarm. I have been looking at the Digital Guard Dog.
It has a replacement ignition relay that is actvivated by a fob you wear or carry in your pocket. Even with your key in the switch it wont start if you are more than a few feet away from the bike.
Just don't put the fob on with your bike key.
If it ever gives you trouble just put the stock relay back in.

    AND!

Don't leave it in the tool box or on a bench close enough to the bike
so that it can receive the signal

Otherwise you'll ride off thinking everything is copacetic
and when you make your first, cigar, gas, beer, breakfast stop
50 miles from home, you are fubar'd LOL

Had it happen to a friend on a rental
    he lost the HD fob....

Had to learn the security sequence
for the bike from HD to get it back
home, to start it he would turn on
the ignition and have to enter the code
with the turn signals LOL for 500 miles..
