Four feet of hail? Didn't they mean four inches? Last time I went thru Amarillo I was riding a freight - hoboing across the country. It was dry and hot. I was around 18 or 19 at the time - before I had my first motorcycle.

Yea, the news media is like the story of a guy that just came back from fishing with stories of how big that fish was. :roflmao:
They blow everything out of proportion.

I was reminded of the tall tales about Pecos Bill, remember him? Four feet of hail sounded like one of 'em. Unbelievable. I suppose the hail stones were as big as boulders.
