Just installed Ken's kit in my daughter's '02 1200 Sporty. Has stage one and SE Heads. Seems to be running better but an issue before and after the kit is as follows. When you roll off the throttle with the clutch in (as if shifting), the engine decelerates very slowly. Anybody out there got any ideas as to why? Also still has some decel pop (not as bad as before the rejetting) when decelerating with the clutch out. Ken's kit recommended drilling out the vaccum port hole, but when I went to perform this procedure, I found the hole was already larger than the drill bit supplied. Could it have been previously drilled??

Anyway...Any ideas out there? could they all be related?? This info is probably in a post somewhere, but I have just been too busy to search them out.

    Thanks to all, as always.

the drill bit supplied is to "clean" the existing hole, not enlarge it. if it is larger, grab another slider and install it. and the larger hole could allow the slider not to preform as it should.......

I put the slider that came with Kens kit into mine that I just did. The drill bit as Chuck said is to clean out the hole from any build up that may have formed. Did you also get the self adjusting mixture screw in addition to the kit. With it you can adjust leaner or richer with it which can help in your situation. My decel popping is now virtually gone and she runs great now.
