Did you see if you have the mini tower, and connected to the internet.
that it don't count against yer talk time or yer data package with at&t
It goes on yer internet package.

*Wi-Fi is the optimal solution for home mobile data use, and doesn't count against your mobile data usage bucket.

We have these at work because couldn't get a signal in building, its a metal building. They work o.k., just dont walk outside of building while talking, it drops the connection. At least at our site it does.

They are supposed to be able to switch
when you leave the Micro cell and pick up on the tower
    but it rarely works....

Neighbor has one, has had several problems
with it not keeping connections, dropping texts and emails
compatibility with cable modem, changed it out several
    times..

When it works it works, but when it doesnt it doesnt

It's not a networking router but a phone to network router

you'll still need the cable modem and an in house router/hub for
    networking.

It will add costs to your monthly bill, and you have to pay for the
    ATT router (buy it)

So unless you do a ton of calls and have bad service or this
is your only phone and you depend on it for service, then it's
    not worth getting..
