Autumn ride

    Just got back from a ride around parts of southern England. Getting there was not so good, but the riding on Saturday was great. Wiltshire has some really amazing roads, plus the great scenery and vast history. Some of the stones and barows are close to 5,000 years old, and there are oaks in Savernake reputed to have been living when William of Normandy arrived.
