    Just to let you all know. I am back in the wind. :D The doc cleared me to start riding again. Still no heavy lifting or exercise. :( But with a 65 degree morning and a 66 mile commute to work you can bet I grabbed all the wick I could.:rocket_bike: Thanks for all the support.
