I have a 06 HD Road King Classic. Tuner kit software installed factory air filter. It has slip on Screamin Eagle mufflers on it. I like the sound with the internal baffles removed. If I put the exhaust tips back on and ran the bike this way, will I damage the motor possibly running a too lean condition causing heating or will the EFI system stay essentially where it was since air flow in isn't being changed?

I'am going to ask what tuner are you running? you will have to adjust it to the open pipes, I'am not sure on the SE mufflers did'nt know you could take the baffles out , but you'll still need some type of baffle in there for the back presure as stright pipes will take away some of your power band
