Yeah all the stuff you'll need to make the swap and the bucks to pay for it LOL

Good idea to change out the mainshaft bearing when you change to the 6 speed
I would also leave the main race off the mainshaft and switch over to bakers high torque inner primary bearing or zippers, it's the same thing and replaces the two part HD stock bearing setup on the inner primary mainshaft, eliminates the inner race on the mainshaft walking in or out and damaging stuff.

You'l need gaskets galore, primary cover, derby, inspection plate, inner primary o-ring to engine case, probably should pick up some black silicone use it around the back of the inner primary to surround the holes that bolt to the cases it helps to eliminate oil dripping.

New seal for the starter jackshaft, if you get the zippers/baker bearing it will come with a new seal, if you stick with the stock setup you need a new seal from HD (HD Seal will not work with High Tq bearing setup.

Need trans gaskets, cover, top cover, end plate, you should also replace the secondary shaft bearing in the trans. You will have to pull the shifter arm to put in bakers so you'll need a new seal and C clip,

Basically get everything to swap the trans, if you have the SM you'll see all the parts you'll need, plus gear oil....
