What's the trick to torqeing the crank pulley nut with a belt drive primary.
The only thing I can think of is put the bike on the ground with it in gear and the brakes on and then have someone tighten it.
    Any easier ways?
    Thanks.

I've had mine off and on maybe 10 times already. I use 2 homemade step blocks out of oak 1 1/2" wide, (same width as my belt), or you can use the nylon ones you can buy, then jam them in between both pulleys and belt and remove. To tighten use 90 to 100 ft. lbs. It's best to use 2 of them. You don't need as many ft. lbs. without the compensator. Works like a charm.

This way it's a one man operation and you don't have to mess with brakes or anything else. Belt can take it, don't worry.

Thanks, I have one of those nylon step blocks. I thought that it would damage the belt tho.

It should be the same width as your belt - but I think 2 of those blocks is better because there's less stress on the belt when you use 2.

Anyway, it's worked for me. You can use just one, also.
