think i got it figured out. all these snake oils, expensive electronic stuff, and advanced science, hundreds if not thousands of dollars. it's simple. want better mpgs make it harder to twist, a stiffer spring. or somehow set the rev-limiter lower. in my cage i was getting about 22 mpg, started using the crurse control about 98% of the time, coasting in neutral down hills, and try like hell to keep my rpms no greater than 2k on take off. now i'm getting 28mpg:eek: tomorrow i'm putting a heavy trottle spring on. i've tryed all the additves; oil, and gas, plugs, opened up the air flow you name it, and I got:brick: first time in my 50 years i've ever enjoyed sucess in this department:D

and if it dont increase your mpg.....you will definatly have a cramping right hand!!!!! probably increase your grip strength also....:D

tire pressure plays a big part of mpg....brakes not dragging....lubed wheel brgs..clean aircleaner, intake passage. correct plugs. correct exhaust....no windshield, fairings,shields..load of passengers and equipment..lay down on the seat to cut wind resistance...:roflmao: all these will play on the mpg game. pick out some and toss the rest............get in the wind and enjoy the ride........:)

well . . . . . laying down would help, but you'd have get risers and some serious apes, and maybe turn the mirrors around, take your pain meds and everybody elses before attempting this, maybe even a helmet, i really think we're on to something here. plus it would really look cool
